The Local Take:

Main Street downtown Tulum Centro. One block north of the main plaza. Look for the white building with blue and orange Pollo Bronco sign. Quite possibly the best grilled chicken you will ever taste, it is made fresh over the wood fired grill. Choose from 1⁄4, 1⁄2 , 3⁄4 or whole marinated succulent chicken. I don’t want to over sell these chickens, but it is fantastic and muy economico! Get a whole grilled chicken, with a stack of tortillas, hot sauce, Spanish rice and cabbage for just $120 pesos.
