Heather Henninger is a YTRx-500 Yoga Therapist with a certificate from Loyola Marymount University, RYT® 500 Yoga Alliance Teacher, and a KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. Heather had the honor of studying Kundalini with Master teachers Harijiwan and Tej Kaur Khalsa and Yoga Therapy with Larry Payne, Mirka Kraftsow, Richard Miller, Robert Birnberg and many other renowned practitioners. Heather is a former teacher of Golden Sol and Wanderlust Hollywood in Los Angeles. She considers herself a a lifetime student & humble teacher with a mission to share practical ways to apply ancient wisdom in the modern world.
